Lynn Taylor Biography
Originating from Great Britain, but a dual citizen of the United States, Lynn Taylor is a notable Beauty Expert. Her strong foundation was laid at Vidal Sassoon after graduating Newcastle College of Art and Technology in the UK.. She built a 7-year career and became part of the creative team. This lead to collaborating with top photographers, and directors to managing the promotions of innovative ideas and collections to worldwide audiences. Her strong foundation at Sassoon and her agreeable personality have made her a go-to Beauty Expert around the globe.
Lynn has been tapped by various global and startup companies as the
Beauty Expert to help develop and build brands including Charlotte
Tilbury, Cult Beauty and Estée Lauder. She has collaborated on NPD for multiple beauty brands through her expertise in beauty trends, color prediction, lab work, and packaging, as well as PR Expertise in all areas of media- radio, TV, and press. Lynn has also served as a Beauty Expert for Cult Beauty.
This lead to Lynn partnering with marketing specialist Claudia Walker to form the bespoke beauty agency Maison for Beauty. At Maison for Beauty Lynn conceptualized and executed marketing strategies for brands in launching in Space NK, Target, Myers, Selfridges and QVC. This included overseeing production of visual story telling and impactful content.
In addition to this Lynn served as Creative Director for OM Skincare overseeing all aspects of Brand development from concept to shelf.
Lynn is currently based in Los Angeles where she specializes in beauty brand strategy and innovation as well as cosmetic development. She is a master networker and is able to create exciting opportunities for brands due to her well established contacts in this ever changing Beauty landscape.
